Granite Ridge cottage is a completely renovated and updated cottage located on 4 acres of granite outcropping and towering pine and oak trees, overlooking Champagne Bay in the heart of the 1000 Islands,
Canada. 

Complete main level with fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer & dryer, 3 bedrooms plus pull out sofa in the livingroom,this cottage has floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the bay, and plenty of outdoor space for sitting, sunning and gathering around the campfire at night. All towels and linens are 

provided. 

The location is completely private, set high up on a granite cliff, just 10 minutes east  of Gananoque along the 1000 Islands parkway. Directly across from the tiny hamlet of Ivy Lea, it’s a pleasant stroll to the village pub, and the Ivy Lea port for the Gananoque Boatline Island Cruises. You have over 50 kilometers

of dedicated biking/hiking trails right at your doorstep, a public dock and boat launch in the village with crystal clear swimming and fishing, a number of marinas just minutes away that rent boats, or bring your own and rent a transient slip for your stay. Smugglers Glen, our world class golf course is just minutes

down the parkway, and THE IVY restaurant at the Ivy Lea Club is definitely worth checking out for a fine dining evening or more casual glass of wine and gourmet pizza on the patio some afternoon

Gananoque is just 10 minutes away, and it’s small town Ontario atmosphere will charm you. All your food and drink needs are available here, whether you choose to go out for meals, or stock up on groceries and beer, and head back to your own private paradise. Be sure to check out the waterfront Playhouse

for a first rate theatre production, or try your luck at the casino, while you are there.

It is the ideal place to get away from it all, and take in the absolute unique beauty the 1000 Islands has to offer.

Rates: $279/night + 13% hst taxes (minimum 3 night stay)

          $1,500/week + 13% hst taxes based on 6 persons

Additional persons (over 6) charged at $10/day, to a maximum capacity of 8 persons.
