Ivy Lea Suites Policies
PAYMENT TERMS:
Allreservations must be guaranteed by credit card at the time of confirmation. Full payment is
due by Visa or Mastercard. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged the full rental rate.
DAMAGES TO SUITES:
Guests are responsible for cleaning all kitchen items used during their stay. All pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and other kitchen items must be cleaned and returned to their original places. Any broken or damaged items noticed upon arrival must be reported immediately to avoid being charged for pre-existing damage. Any excessive cleaning required or damage to the suite or furniture will be charged to the renter’s credit card on file.
