Ivy Lea Suites Policies
All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card at the time of confirmation. Full payment is due by Visa or Mastercard, cash or cheque upon arrival.
Due to the seasonality and small size of our operation, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:
If cancellation of rental reservation is requested up to 30 days before rental arrival date then the total amount of the rental deposit paid will be returned minus $25 CDN transaction fee. If cancellation is requested after 30 days before arrival date then no money will be returned and the full rental rate will apply unless the suitecan be re-rented for this period. There will be a transaction fee of $25 CDN assessed from total amount refunded.
DAMAGES TO SUITES:
Guests are responsible for cleaning up any kitchen items used during their stay. All pots, pans, dishes, glassware etc are to be cleaned and put away as found upon arrival. Any broken items noticed upon arrival are to be reported so as to avoid you being charged for. Any required excessive cleaning or damages to the unit or furniture will be charged to the renter’s credit card on file.
The guest will be charged a $30.00 service fee on top of all rental amounts owing in the case of a cheque that is presented to the bank that does not clear.
A no pet policy has been implemented for the benefit of all guests
